This division is responsible for the daily operations of the commonwealth colleges, such as building projects. Another major component of this position is to work with government funding sources to obtain funds for such building and/or expansion / renovation projects.

This department is also responsible for the Business Services of the 12 Commonwealth Colleges. This includes all building projects and at some campuses the housing and food service contracts with outside vendors.

Employee Ethics and Compliance Hotline
Address your concerns about workplace issues anonymously with the Ethics and Compliance Hotline. This service will assist you with problems including financial matters such as fraud, theft, conflict of interest, and other violations of University policy, including research compliance matters, discrimination, athletics-compliance issues, and more.
