A Message from Al Horvath

Finance and Business unequivocally supports diversity, recognizing background, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or disability. Our support of diversity is based upon acceptance of and respect for all of our people. This Web site provides F&B employees with another tool to shape and support a workplace and University community that celebrates civility, respect, and acceptance.

Finance and Business encompasses many employee groups: accountants, staff assistants, chefs, human resource specialists, police officers, financial analysts, and maintenance workers, to name only a few. Our employees are diverse individuals with a variety talents, views, backgrounds, and strengths who provide a multitude of products and services to the University community. Finance and Business has a reputation for excellence; encouraging an environment of diversity for our employees which enhances that excellence.

This Web site encourages us to continue the progress we have made to enrich diversity over many years. As we reach out to embrace diversity, we build a stronger Finance and Business organization and become an even better community. Enhancing the diversity of Finance and Business will help each of us to realize our shared vision of being the best at what we do—Quality Service. Quality People.
